Heat View offers a free plan that allows users to experience our core features before upgrading. We encourage all users to evaluate the service through the free plan before choosing a paid subscription.

1. No Refunds

All payments for paid plans are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual subscriptions. Once a subscription is upgraded from the free plan to a paid tier, the payment is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which your plan will automatically revert to the free version.
